The pulp mill, with one of the biggest single production lines in the world, has a design capacity of more than 2 million tonnes per year. The paper mill has one of the world's fastest fine paper machines, running maximum speeds of over 1,500 meters per minute. The capacity of paper mill is more than 750,000 tonnes per year. We are now looking for highly qualified people to join us to be placed in our site at Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau as:

1. POWER PLANT CONDITIONING MONITORING (COND)
• 3 years or more exp. in VIBRATION ANALYSIS
• Shall have Vibration Certification with 2 years of exp as well as a Level I certification; Having exp. in pulp & paper or power plant industry is an advantage; Familiar using/ utilize: Balancing tools, Laser alignment, Stroboscope & Infra red imaging/ Thermograph.
• Familiar utilize Vibration Analysis software: SKIF, PRISM4, @PTITUDE ANALYSIS, CSI, etc
• Have a good knowledge & Experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) & oil analysis
• Shall have a good knowledge & work familiarity in Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance.
• Experience in Rotating Equipment Trouble shooting Vibration such as: Fan, compressor, pumps, turbine, agitator & Conveyor.

2. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (for Pulp/ Power Plant (MEC)) (2 positions)
Male, Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering with experience in mechanical pulp or power plant 2 -5 years.

3. DISTRIBUTED CONTROLSYSTEM ENGINEER (for Pulp& Power Plant (DCS)) (2positions)
Male, Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering; Having exp. in DCS pulp & paper.

4. POWER SYSTEM DISTRIBUTION ENGINEER (PSD)
Bachelor degree from Electrical Engineering (High Voltage) with GPA min 2.75; Experience in PSD 1-2 years would be an advantage.

5. PULP/ PAPER ELECTRICIAN (2 positions) (ELECT)
• Diploma III in electrical engineering, with experience in electrical maintenance in pulp and paper industry
• Having knowledge about PLC and basic electrical maintenance.

6. MECHANIC/ ELECTRICIAN/ SUPERVISOR
(for Heavy Equipment Workshop (HE)) Senior high school / Diploma with experiences as heavy equipment mechanic or electrician or supervisors.

7. SMAW/ GTAW/ MIG WELDER (WELD)
Minimum from senior high school with experience 3-5 years as SMAW/GTAW/MIG welder; SMAW/GTAW welder certification

8. RESEARCH OFFICER (RO)
• Max. 30 years old; Bachelor Degree fromagr iculture-soil science with GPA min 2.75
• Having 1 year experience in similar field.

9. HYDRAULIC SPECIALIST (HYD)
• Diploma III Mechanical Engineering
• Having 4-5 years experience in hydraulic.

10.GRADUATETRAINEE (GT)
• Male, fresh graduate from Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering with GPA 3.00 (scale of 4.00). Max. 25 years old
• Willing to follow training and bonding agreement.
• Good communication in English.
• Computer literate.

11. ASSISTANTTRAINEE (AT)
Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Agronomy or Horticulture) with GPA min 2.75 with 2-3 year experience in nursery/ similar field.

12. PROCESS OPERATOR (PO)
• Male, fresh graduate from Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering with GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00).
• Max 25 years old; Willing to work on shift.
• Experience in pulp and paper industry or power plant would be an advantage.

13. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENTASSISTANT (R&D)
• Bachelor degree from Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; Having 1-2 year exp. in Research & Development of pulp and paper is advantage
• Having knowledge in pulp and paper technology and laboratory analytic equipments and testing procedures.
